Individual sessions $140 · Couples $220 · Sliding scale available · Receipts for insurance
Session fees
Individual sessions: $140. Couple sessions: $220. Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes. A free 15-minute clarity call is available to discuss fit, goals, and logistics before you begin.
Limited sliding-scale spots may be available if you are managing financial constraints — we can talk about this during your clarity call.
Insurance and receipts
As an RCC (BCACC #24439) and CCC (CCPA #11264534), services may be reimbursable through extended health plans. Clients commonly use Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Medavie Blue Cross, or other out-of-network benefits.
Coverage is never guaranteed. Please confirm with your insurer whether RCC and/or CCC counselling is covered before booking. Receipts are provided to support reimbursement claims.
